Design ProjectCOVID Readiness
COVID Readiness was a mobile-first application concept created during the early COVID response period to help frontline care organizations assess readiness, coordinate needs, and share critical preparedness information.
The work focused on translating early project ideas into wireframes and visual concepts that OMG stakeholders could review, refine, and discuss.

Challenges
OMG had early ideas for assessing hospital readiness during COVID care, but the concept needed to be shaped into a tangible application experience that stakeholders could review and refine.
Process & Solution
- Gathered early requirements and desired functionality from stakeholder discussions.
- Rapidly translated the readiness concept into low-fidelity mobile wireframes for stakeholders' review.
- Shared design directions with OMG stakeholders for feedback.
- Refined the prototype through multiple iterations.
Outcome
Produced a reviewable mobile application concept under a short timeline, giving stakeholders a concrete way to evaluate the readiness workflow before committing to implementation.
